Denimo Tech A/S was established in 2000 and is a young company with many years of experience.

As part of the strategic restructuring, Denimo Tech A/S was hived off from Marius Pedersen A/S’s machine department as an independent company in the autumn of 2000.

Apart from the three founders, the new company consists of the employees who, in co-operation with the Swedish chemistry group Akzo Nobel AB, have developed and produced equipment for the asphalt industry for more than 20 years – primarily bitumen emulsion plants.

Denimo Tech A/S and Akzo Nobel AB will carry on and strengthen the close co-operation for the benefit of new and old customers.

Our primary business areas comprise:

  Design and production of equipment for asphalt emulsion production
    on a worldwide basis.
  Laboratory equipment for the production and testing of asphalt emulsions.
  Servicing of existing plants and sale of spare parts worldwide.
  Development and efficiency improvement of process equipment for the
    emulsion industry and related industries.
  Design and production of electrical controls – all industries.
  Development and implementation of software for control, adjustment
    and monitoring – PLC and
  PC based – all industries.
  Machining of components for process equipment – turning/milling.
  Welding of steel and acid-proof steel.
  Process technical consultancy services.

We are a modern company, which focuses on developing and improving our products on an ongoing basis. This is achieved by utilising the latest technological tools within design, control technology, documentation, communication, etc.
